"Buy a professor - it only costs two million crowns," writes Danish daily Information. In cooperation with the university magazine Forsker Forum Information wobbed about external funding for a certain institute at the University of Copenhagen.

The journalisted obtained letters through the Danish freedom of information act at the faculty in question. In the letters it is cleartly statetd, that the funders expect two researchers at an existing institute to be promoted to professors at the University of Copenhagen, when they were to fund the new institute at the university.
