Slovenia: Freedom of Information law

Two Slovenian laws are relevant for getting access to documents

The position of the Information Commissioner is safeguarded in the Information Commissioner Act of 2005.

Another legislation which can affect access to information is the law on re-use of public information, based on the EU's PSI directive.
